Help Test a Free Pokémon Card Grader
Zusammenfassung
Galar Alerts | UK Pokémon Restocks is inviting members to test a free phone-camera Pokémon card grader. Scan cards twice, report visible damage and known grades, and give spoken feedback to help improve centering measurements, surface checks, and estimates across PSA, Beckett, CGC, and ACE scales.
🔍 Help us build the UK's best free card grader
We've built something new: a card grader that runs from your phone camera. It photographs your card front, back and every corner, measures the centering to a tenth of a millimetre, sweeps a light across the surface for scratches, and gives you an estimate in PSA, Beckett, CGC and ACE's own scales — with every defect circled so you can judge for yourself.
It's in testing, and we need your cards to make it accurate. Here's how to help:
- Go to #🔍┃grade-my-card and tap 📸 Grade my card. You get one link that works for as many cards as you like for 4 hours.
- Card out of its sleeve, on a flat plain table (not a bed, cloth or carpet) that isn't the colour of the card's border, with a lamp on.
- Fill in the first screen for each card — its condition, any damage you can see, and if it's ever been graded, the real grade. Cards with a known grade are the most valuable thing you can give us.
- Leave 🎙️ Talk to Atlas on and say out loud anything that gets in your way ("it won't go green", "that's blurry"). That's exactly how the camera gets fixed.
- Scan each card twice — put it down, pick it up, go again. Mint, played, damaged, holo, full art, vintage, Japanese: the more variety the better.
Your grades show on the page when it's done. If it says the graders are busy, your scan is saved and graded later — nothing is lost. While we're testing, the full reports go to the team rather than #grading-report.
It's an estimate from photos, not an official grade — but with your help it'll be the closest thing to one you can get for free.
