Hey, I’m looking for a freelance recruiter/sourcer to help with a personal search.

Need someone who can tap into LinkedIn, GitHub, X, etc. to surface and approach strong software candidates. This is for a private venture — no job post, just careful 1:1 outreach.

Paid project, flexible on hours. If you’ve done fractional sourcing or quiet headhunting before, I’d love to chat for 15 min.

Know anyone I should talk to?
