Try not to make the conversation feel like an interview instead of just asking questions share your own experiences react to what they say and find something you both enjoy talking about also remember that conversations require effort from both sides if someone keeps giving dry replies don’t force it you’ll eventually find people who genuinely enjoy talking to you
