Got u , But I don’t think AI necessarily makes a PhD in humanities pointless........... If anything, AI raises even more questions about humanity, ethics, culture and what makes us human. The bigger concern is probably whether there’ll be enough opportunities to actually use that knowledge .
Maybe ... yeah..... I would definitely explore other options before committing to a PhD, but if humanities is genuinely what u r passionate about, I would nt drop it just because AI is changing things. You could probably find a way to combine the two... IG
