Legalized Organ Theft?

If saving a human life is the absolute highest moral priority, should the government legally mandate living organ donations—like forcing healthy people to give up a kidney to save someone dying of kidney failure?
It’s a thought experiment about maximizing overall human well-being.
What about a dead person?
Should their organs be used without consent of anyone to save someone?
Organs do not immediately become unusable the exact second a person passes away, but there is a very strict, race-against-the-clock window to make transplantation possible.
Should organs be taken if a person is dead already
Without their family consent?
What do you think
Whatever usable
Best possible
To save someone life
Ya
Will it be right?
Yes, absolutely.
It already happens
But people choose
I don't know, where it kept exactly
But, you can see it
Can do your rituals
It's just not default
I am just asking, should it be default for everyone
No need to ask anyone?
From a practical perspective, the goal is always to maximize overall life, health, and human happiness across a population while minimizing wasted resources and suffering.
But, it will not be a donation if the government pays for it.
It's like selling
There are solutions.
I ain't interested in debate, fr.
Just say, you support it or not?
Consent or life?
❤️
That's all
I know that. & my question is actually that is it even needed to take consent from their family to use a dead person's organ to save someone?
Or it should be the default for all (no consent needed).
