Can I get some actual help with my account? 3 agents have now ended my chat on the app without help

I am trying to withdraw and it is not letting me. 3 agents have now ended chat on me and all 3 have me different responses - none actually helpful. They are trying to say my card is expired but I have used it multiple times recently and I also have another method I’ve been using that doesn’t work either. I legit have deposited for like the past 5 days straight. How would I be able to deposit but not withdraw? The chat service has been some of the worst I’ve ever received from any company
