We've just pushed a series of changes that affect the current run of Comrades & Cockatrices. We see and hear your feedback, and have made the following adjustments:

• The current RevRush: 2x Mystery Researchers - has been changed to 2x Airdrop Frequency
  ◦ We have also buffed the amount of Dark Science found from Airdrops, and included +3 DS
  Airdrops per cycle
• Welcome Back! Comrade bonuses have been adjusted
  ◦ Scaling has been buffed to 50%->55%->60%->65%->75% bonus Comrades
• Dark Science AdWatch has been buffed to flat rate of 250 Dark Science per watch, which means it affects every Rank

It's been a heck of a month. From the release of Rank 186 to Wednesday's launch of the #📚-terms-glossary - there's something for everyone. From our newest players to the veterans of veterans.

A couple new Avatars hit the scene, the most glorious being our dear leader's Potato Rose itself, immaculately preserved. (Also, available for purchase until just after International Potato Day, Sunday, May 31st.) Hint hint, wink wink.

Last but not least, Quest for Oil saw a rebalance - and the Turbo Tweaks will continue into June, where you can look forward to another iteration on Shields Up!

April is over, and here comes the Month of May... 🎸

...And what a month April was! With brand new Avatars hitting the scene, the flexiest of which was Plumbermania! What a mustache!

We also had the Wallpaper Week, with brand new art splashed in Siberican red! Also, a silhouette that, upon closer inspection, looks awful glorious.

Shields Up! saw a rebalance, and while there were hiccups some of the missions we were very happy to hear that the shakeup in Turbos was well received! We're hoping to keep you movin' in the future with other rebalances and touch-ups.

Last, but certainly not least, the People's Quality of Life questions were finally answered. If you haven't yet checked them out, click here! You guys gave us a bunch of really excellent ideas to improve the general flow and accessibility of AdCom, as well as flesh out information that might not be readily available without building your own spreadsheets.

Flow

🦛 These are both very interesting ideas, they've been added to the list of QOL updates for the future.
▶️ Settings option to take players directly to Events upon loading the game, as opposed to the Motherland

Animations

Unfortunately, the fix required for the Premium Rev Rush won't be ready right away, as we can't fix the issue without a new game release. That means we're going to be doing two things:

1. Changing the Premium Rev Rush entirely
2. Fully compensating everyone who purchased the bugged Premium Rev Rush

The replacement Premium Rev Rush will be an Ad Timewarp reduction, down to 30 minutes, costing 200 Gold. That replacement is launching at 13:01PST, or 18:01UTC today (in a little under an hour). The bugged Premium will also be taken offline at that time.

Otherwise, for those who purchased the current Premium Rev Rush, keep a lookout for that 350 Gold as we're wanting to get that sent out soon

What a month, Comrades! 💘 🥔

Biblically Accurate Potato came down from the botanical heavens and said "Be Not Hungry." We had player interviews with a whole host of learnings, not to mention the quality of life thread that you came running to fill - it's been a great February all around!

I'm hoping to have an update for you soon on what changes are feasible from that quality of life thread once all of it has been triaged by the team, and you can also look forward to information on AdCom's next content update! 💪

Comrades, we want your Quality of Life suggestions!

While we're in the process of cooking up a content update, we're also keen on following that up with QOL additions/modifications to the game. Some interactions are old and could use a shakeup, and there's always options to smooth out navigation or just make playing the game that much nicer.

As such, I'm opening the #✨qol-corner channel to take those suggestions and catalogue them for the team to look at and triage.

One thing I do want to clarify is that Quality of Life does not refer to new events, or modifications to gameplay and balance.

Think skipping capsule animations, sorting of researchers, and anything that stands to improve the overall navigation and experience of the game. Examples outside of AdVenture Communist could be UI additions like automatic inventory sorting, crafting from storage, or "Sell All Junk" buttons.

Once again, we'd love to get your ideas about what you feel could best improve the game when it comes to QOL, and we're welcoming any and all suggestions in the #✨qol-corner channel!
