bruh
What does the bruh emoji mean?
The ultimate expression of pure, unadulterated confusion and disappointment.
This image is a heavily edited version of Mike Wazowski from the Pixar film Monsters, Inc., featuring his face swapped with his own eye to create a two-eyed, cursed appearance. It has become a staple internet meme used to convey a sense of 'bruh' moments, awkwardness, or when someone says something so ridiculous that you have no words. It is widely used in Discord and Slack to silently judge bad takes or nonsensical statements.
When to use it
- Expressing disbelief at a truly terrible take
- Reacting to someone saying something completely nonsensical
- Showing silent judgment during an awkward conversation
