What does the catnom emoji mean?

A hungry orange cat stares intensely at a bowl of cereal, ready to munch.

This emoji features the iconic 'Cereal Cat' meme, a low-resolution, close-up shot of an orange tabby cat looking directly into the camera with a bowl of colorful cereal. It is a staple in Discord servers for expressing hunger, anticipation, or a goofy, deadpan reaction to someone's message. The distorted, slightly blurry aesthetic adds to its charm as a classic internet reaction image.
