What does the FEC emoji mean?
The ultimate seal of bureaucratic scrutiny for your server.
This is the official seal of the Federal Election Commission, the independent regulatory agency of the United States government. In Discord and Slack communities, it is often used ironically to signal that a conversation is being 'audited,' 'monitored,' or that someone is being held accountable for their questionable takes.
When to use it
- Auditing questionable claims made in general chat
- Signaling that a user is under investigation
- Mocking someone for their suspicious political takes
- Formally closing a debate with bureaucratic flair

How to add this emoji
Add to Discord
- Click Download PNG above to save the FEC image.
- Open Discord and go to Server Settings → Emoji.
