What does the mouthgun emoji mean?

When the conversation gets too much, just point and click.

This emoji combines the classic 'thinking' face with a revolver, creating a dark, humorous way to express that you are done with a conversation. It is a staple in meme-heavy Discord servers for reacting to absurd, frustrating, or nonsensical statements. It perfectly captures the 'I'm out' or 'I can't deal with this' sentiment in a hyperbolic, internet-native way.

When to use it

  • Signaling you are done with a conversation
  • Reacting to an incredibly stupid or absurd take
  • Expressing extreme frustration with a group chat
  • Joking about leaving a chaotic server channel
