What does the Hai emoji mean?

When you realize you've officially become the punchline.

This emoji features a person wearing a rainbow clown wig and a red nose, capturing the quintessential 'clown' meme energy used to call out someone for acting foolish or making a bad take. It is a staple in Discord servers for mocking bad opinions, failed predictions, or self-deprecating humor when you realize you've made a mistake. The deadpan expression combined with the ridiculous costume creates a perfect contrast for ironic internet discourse.

When to use it

  • -Calling out someone for a bad take
  • -Admitting you made a foolish mistake today
  • -Mocking a friend for their questionable choices
  • -Reacting to an obviously incorrect server opinion
