What does the hihihi emoji mean?

A low-resolution, pixelated baby face laughing with a mischievous, slightly chaotic energy.

This emoji features a heavily pixelated, deep-fried style image of a baby laughing, often used to convey a sense of chaotic amusement or 'troll' laughter. It is a staple in Discord servers for reacting to absurd jokes, failed attempts at humor, or moments of pure, unhinged joy. The low-quality aesthetic adds to the irony and comedic impact of the reaction.
