me_rn
What does the me_rn emoji mean?
The ultimate expression for when you are definitely not ready but pretending you are.
This meme features a cat with a distorted, wide-angle lens effect that makes its head look comically large and flat. It is a staple in Discord servers for expressing that specific brand of 'I'm lying to myself' energy when someone asks if you are ready or on your way. The deadpan, slightly judgmental stare perfectly captures the feeling of being caught in a lie or simply being completely unprepared.
When to use it
- Admitting you are still in bed
- Lying about being on your way
- Showing you are not actually ready
- Reacting to a blatant obvious lie
