What does the staredown emoji mean?

A deadpan, unamused face that stares directly into your soul.

This emoji features a grayscale, low-resolution face with a neutral, slightly unimpressed expression and two floating hands gesturing outward. It is commonly used in Discord servers to convey extreme skepticism, judgment, or a 'bruh' moment when someone says something particularly questionable. The stark, high-contrast aesthetic makes it a popular choice for meme-heavy chat environments.

When to use it

  • Expressing deep skepticism toward a weird message
  • Reacting to a particularly bad or awkward take
  • Showing silent judgment during a heated debate
  • Signaling total lack of interest in conversation
