A person leans forward in a moment of intense, possibly messy, physical reaction.

This emoji captures a candid, low-resolution moment of a person leaning over, often used in Discord servers to represent feeling overwhelmed, sick, or reacting to something particularly gross or shocking. Its blurry, informal aesthetic makes it a staple for meme-heavy communities where users want to express a visceral, unpolished reaction to a conversation.
