What does the gun emoji mean?

A cheerful smiley face holding a weapon wrapped in a cute pink bow.

This emoji captures the classic 'cute but deadly' internet aesthetic, juxtaposing a friendly, blushing smiley face with a firearm. It is a staple in Discord servers for expressing ironic humor, playful aggression, or a 'don't mess with me' attitude wrapped in a polite facade. The addition of the pink bow turns a potentially threatening image into a surreal, comedic meme.
