What does the tmr_khatam emoji mean?

A classic reaction for when everything is officially over.

This emoji features the iconic 'Disappointed Black Kid' meme, a viral image of a young boy looking down with his hand on his head in utter defeat. The addition of the text 'KHATAM'—a Hindi/Urdu word meaning 'finished' or 'over'—makes it the perfect reaction for when a plan fails, a game is lost, or a conversation goes south. It is a staple in South Asian internet culture and widely used in Discord servers to express total resignation.

When to use it

  • -expressing total defeat after a bad play
  • -signaling that a conversation is officially over
  • -reacting to a failed plan or mistake
  • -showing deep frustration with current events
