What does the Trash emoji mean?

When you need to tell someone their opinion belongs in the bin.

This animated emoji features the popular Peach and Goma characters, often referred to as Mochi Cats, engaging in a playful act of 'taking out the trash.' It is a staple in Discord servers for sarcastically dismissing bad takes, low-quality content, or just teasing friends about their questionable choices. The transition from hiding in the bin to aggressively tossing it away makes it a perfect reaction for clearing out negativity.

When to use it

  • -throwing away someone's terrible hot take
  • -dismissing a bad idea in chat
  • -cleaning up the server of nonsense
