What does the alien emoji mean?

When the tea is just too good to be from this planet.

This is a distorted, 'alien-filter' edit of Wendy Williams famously sipping tea on her talk show. It has become a staple reaction image in internet culture to signify intense, otherworldly shade or being completely unbothered by chaotic drama.

When to use it

  • Reacting to extremely juicy server drama
  • Expressing confusion at a weird statement
  • Showing you are minding your own business
  • Highlighting a bizarre or surreal moment
