Went there today, but i forgot to post the picture. I lowered my difficulty for my workouts so i can focus on my form.

Whoops forgot to post the photo but I showed up today and did the legs part of the plan I posted. Not too bad. Nice introduction exercises.

Tornado was going crazy 30 mins ago
I finished the challenge in 4 minutes.
Oh no! I was just trying the week 1-2 test out. Was supposed to complete it in 10 minutes completed it in 4 . So week 1-2 are pretty beginner friendly when it comes to working out
