🌐 Weekly Update Plans

The crew we sent out on an expedition has finally returned! They spoke of a land with golden sands, lush trees, and crystal clear water. With them, they brought the last piece of the photograph. In two days… we MOVE! (10/09)

We've also been gathering the scattered pieces of the mysterious photograph, which has revealed the new island we will be moving to SOON!
Undercity served trading/auctioning well, but we have outgrown the space and its time to move forward to a much more spacious and brighter new future! The all-new Trade Island is coming this Friday!
- We’ve sent some teasers already in dev-feed… so it’s up to you to explore the island fresh and new upon release!
- Trade Island features a NEW Global Player Market + Auction!
- Look for player sales in Player Market from ACROSS SERVERS!
- Find your favorite dragons on global auction, and bid the highest to take them home!
- All exchanges will be forwarded to your Mailbox as a reward for you to claim later!
- Trade Island also features the auction platform, trade chat, accessory shop, alchemy junkers, general store, and stables!

🌃 Undercity Rebuilding is COMPLETE!

• Thanks to your hard work in the City Project, your funds have allowed us to move to a bigger and better cave!
• Undercity still retains the guild hall, heroes league, stables, City Project camp, and a new mayor election area!
• More functionality with mayors and elections are planned to come next week (Subject to change) However, get ready to meet some new draconic friends and vote for them for some perks! :0 ✨
• Sneak around the scary, untouched corners of the Undercity… you might see some black market shenanigans going on…

🪙 Changes we’re making for the Economy

Along with this update, we’re working on implementing some things to Trade Island to hopefully improve the recent changes we’ve seen in the economy. Here’s a few things you might’ve seen already, and when they’ll be implemented!
- Value Transparency: (All coming Friday!)
- Recent Average Price Tracking for Dragon Auctions
- Recent auction values
- Lowest price visibility for global player market
- Searchable market listings
- Coin Sinks: (Rolling date varies)
- 2% fee applied to Player Market/Auction exchanges (Friday)

- Black Market (Friday)
- City Project Donations (TBD)
- Campaign Donations (TBD)
- Vote Tokens (for elections later)

🎉 Daily Mini-Events!

Starting yesterday, we’ve already implemented some fun mini-boosts that take place DAILY during the weekdays, leading up to Update Day! Check out what these boosts have to offer:
- Today: Breeding bonanza! (Doubles the chances for all cosmetic traits, genetic traits, and mutations when breeding.)
- Tomorrow: Double XP! (All Dragon XP Gains are Doubled)
- Also featuring these mini-events for future days:
- Hatch Bonus (66% increase in hatching a rarer dragon from any egg)
- Hatching Frenzy (Adds chances for event elements/traits to be hatched from world eggs) (NOT including error or merch traits)
- Mutation Madness (Doubles the chances of dragons hatching with mutations)
- A new #channel will be developed to support the release of these mini-events! :]

• This Friday, brand new returning Event Potions are rotating into the general store’s event tab!
• These potions will be available for 1 week, and only obtainable if you have 1.5k+ Achievement points on your account!

To make each day unique, starting tomorrow we're running mini boosts each day throughout this week! And starting TOMORROW?? Did I mention that?? Maybe??

That's right, starting tomorrow ~~I'm saying this a lot~~ we're doing some FUN mini-events in-game! This is what this week's schedule looks like:
- Wednesday (Tomorrow): Breeding bonanza! (Doubles the chances for all cosmetic traits, genetic traits, and mutations when breeding.)

This week features a NEW BREED WAVE!! 💖

As part of our journey to make more previously-unbreedable dragons now breedable, we're launching this week's breed wave with a MIX of legacy season dragons, event dragons, and heroes league dragons!

Starting Friday, the following dragons will become soulbound breedable:
- Legacy Seasons: Caunaris, Sunfloris, Pananisea, Tenebis
- Event Dragons: Lunaesol, Quetzaloctli, Tianma, Vulcoramor, Yggdraten, Motorouk, Lucklif
- Heroes League: Goelica, Verdrakor, Knalknirik

I found something weird today. I ventured up to my family’s old worn down cabin at the base of the mountain to retrieve some old fancy tools of theirs. It’s of the upmost importance to them apparently. Something about them being made of… pure silver. Well, I found those rather easily. But that’s not what caught my interest.

I found some old broken camera on the other side of the cabin. Being curious, I picked it up and snooped. Bad habits? I don’t know, I was expecting to find some embarrassing family photos, but it seems I found something else…

Usually I’d keep this to myself, but I honestly can’t make out what I’m looking at. Is that a dragon? What the heck?? I don’t know. I asked around and nobody can give me an answer. Putting this out there to maybe get some help.

- Adding Penumbra Stars Material to Material (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary) Potions
- Event incubators now act as "skins" to your current ones! You can easily swap them out.
- If you have 20 Snowglobe Incubators, you can re-skin 20 incubators into Snowglobes! Each still counts as one.
- This means you can also re-skin premium incubators and still maintain the buffs! Make it look FANCY! ✨

Season 10 begins this Friday, featuring some ghost and purple themed rewards and dragons! At the end of the pass, choose between Phanwick and Guardsoul, or get both with the Drakon pass!
- Season 10 will start at Friday, October 02, 2026 09:00 PM, an hour after the game updates!
- This season also starts with a brand new option: Skip Bulk! Skip in bulks of 10, 50, and all!
- You can skip 10 tiers only while at tier 10, 20, 30, etc.
- You can skip 50 tiers only while at tiers 0 and 50.
- You can skip all tiers only while at tier 0.

📬 Mailbox System!

• This week, we’re adding a brand new Mailbox system! Receive Mail from the developer team with information and sometimes rewards!
• This gives us the flexibility of giving in-game players notifications when needed, even if they’re not in the Discord!
• Keep an eye out, you might get some mail the day of release! 👀

🪙 Legacy Shop Additions + Changes

This week, we’re also making 2 small changes with the Legacy Shop and Legacy Tokens:
- Amaris will be added to the legacy shop for 6 tokens on Friday!
- The maximum legacy token count will be increased from 6 —> 12!

✨ Event General Store Rotation

• This Friday, brand new returning Event Potions are rotating into the general store’s event tab!

Season 10 focuses on the theme of ghosts, spirits, and purple colors! To represent this theme, two spooky spirits Phanwick and Guardsoul are coming to Dragon Adventures THIS FRIDAY!!

Those who have tamed them claim that, at nightfall, the dragons leave their tamers behind to head wherever they are called. Nothing is known of their true origins.
