Does the bots moderation feature default settings affect ticket bots and the tickets they open? Especially for attaching links...

Ive added the ticket bot role as an allowed role but I want to ensure that members who open a ticket wont be modded...

A moderation bug, a user just joined and never got banned by us

Hey guys! I am using this thread to communicate some of the algorithm changes that are happening for your server listing.

• Goal: users to find servers that meet their interests, are authentic, and at least semi-engaging.

PSA1 - PENALTY:
We noticed that some servers are deliberately optimizing on tags, using a certain pattern in the description. Your server will be penalized and deranked. Here's an example:

PSA2 - PENALTY:
If your server description and topics are extremely similar, there will also be a small penalty. If you don't have topics in mind, leave it blank for now.

PSA3 -- BOOST:
If you have an active public channel on a specific topic, you will get a boost when a user searches for that topic. In your server card, we will let the user know that there is a channel about the topic 🙂

PSA4 -- BOOST:
If you grant us permission to read announcement and forum content, we will give you an extra boost when a user searches for a topic you also discussed. We will let the user know that "the server has been discussing this"

PSA5 -- BOOST:
We show relevant posts in a discussion section on the subcategory pages. This means that users will get a sense of what you are talking about and make a decision on whether to join or not

Hey CommunityOne team, I have another suggestion for the new moderation features.

As you can see in the screenshot, when Spark flags a user for "Sharing sexual images", it lists the recent events. It would be amazing if each of those listed events (like 1 and 2) could include a direct hyperlink to the specific log message where the bot blocked the user.

Right now, if the team wants to review the details or context, we have to manually search through our log channels. Having a direct jump link to the exact bot log would save a ton of time for the staff

As per the instructions of the communityone bot i have joined the server, so can I get the free plus?

We've noticed that Discord emojis is a very big search terms on Google, I am wondering if anyone here feels strongly about us publishing your emojis on your server listing page (positive or negative).

We will allow users to search for emojis and we will properly attribute them to your server.

But I am thinking that we can make this opt out (that means by default, we will publish your emojis unless you want this to be turned off).

Let me know if you have any strong feelings about this!

Once spark is being refreshed, it makes sense for our spark ai support bot to forget all the user conversations in the past, this is because the server owner might have updated information. I think this should be the intended behavior, and it is probably a bug?

counting channel is for a counting for a number.

Sometimes users will attach a file and ask a spark question; we should be able to parse through text documents and answer member questions.
