Dyno Tickets Module Now Available

Hello @Updates , we're very excited to announce Dyno's newest, and free, module Tickets!
How it works
With this new module you can set up Ticket Panels that your server members can interact with to privately discuss with your server's staff in order to get help, or for a reason of your choice. Your members can simply click on the Create Ticket button and a private channel will be created in a category of your choice (with a customizable form to let them provide more information in advance). After you're done, you can resolve or close the ticket, at which point Dyno will also post the ticket's transcript in a channel of your choice!
Premium features
Additionally, with a premium subscription, you can fully customize the module to make it fully meet your server's needs - from adding extra questions to the ticket intake form, to customizing all of the module's default in-ticket messages, and more!
