Discord Scam Alert: Protect Your Account
Resumen
Besties Community warns members about scammers claiming they were accidentally reported and directing people to fake emails, links, or support tickets. These phishing attempts may steal Discord account access and personal information, so members are urged not to share account details and to contact an admin for help.
Hey ! sorry for the ping i know is very late for majority of you, but id like to give a sort of warning out to people as something had recently been mentioned to me.
There has been a few incidents where people are getting scammed lately (as shown in the screenshot) someone has been going around messaging people they have "accidently" reported and they will give you an email or link of sorts, they will tell you to open a ticket and the ticket will ask for your discord information so they can make sure your not "breaking the ToS". If you give them your information your account will be hacked/deleted and your personal information could also be stolen. If this has happened to you the real email you can contact for help can be found in section 16 of discord's ToS ( if you need help finding it i will have a look for it myself and post the email shortly! )
Anyways, love you all and stay safe :3 dont feel afraid to message an admin or ping them if you need help!
