SIP-5 Proposal: Unstake 30M $SOON for AI Projects
Summary
In SOON HQ the SIP-5 proposal opens community discussion to unstake 30M $SOON on June 17 UTC and allocate it as builder incentives to five early-stage AI Capital Market projects: AI Super Quant 10M, Polyfollow 5M, signlOs 5M, Big Squirrel 5M, and DucLuck 5M. All other staked allocations remain locked. This decision guides treasury deployment and ecosystem growth.

Under SIP-3 and SIP-4, ~180M treasury $SOON was placed into long-term staking. SIP-3 kept one exception: a governance-approved release for major ecosystem initiatives.
