LAUNCH UPDATE

**We're still waiting on the Uniswap whitelist approval and found out it's going to take them up to 6 weeks. We don't want to delay this long, so we figured out a solution that will still allow us to launch soon without waiting on Uniswap, but this will require a few days to update and rewrite some code.

The only difference is that trading won't be available on the Uniswap universal router until we get whitelisted, so all trading will need to be done through the swap on the JRNY CLUB website until we get whitelisted by Uniswap. This swap still uses Uniswap, you just cant use the Uniswap platform to trade until we're whitelisted.

Since we will need a few days for updates and to test everything, we will be postponing the launch until next Tuesday.

Again, I apologize for these delays, but this is out of our control and our devs are working around the clock to get this launched as soon as possible.

We will also be delaying liquidity mining until we are whitelisted and trading is available on the Uniswap platform just to ensure we don't run into any other issues with these changes.

In the meantime, we will be doing some bigger giveaways and launching Egg Games 2.**

Launch Update: Short Delay

**We're pushing the JRNY Token launch back to next Tuesday at 10AM PST.

From the start, we designed the JRNY contracts for longevity, which led us to make them upgradeable, including the Uniswap V4 Hook where much of the core logic lives.

We've since run into a constraint: Uniswap requires V4 Hooks to be whitelisted, and our current setup isn't aligned with their whitelisting requirements. Without that whitelist, the Uniswap router ignores the pool entirely, which would force all trading through our website rather than directly on Uniswap.

We're now making adjustments to ensure the token is tradeable through the Uniswap Interface from Day 1.

We'd rather take a couple of extra days and launch this properly than rush and get it wrong.

Ahead of launch, we'll be doing some website updates and open the claim checker.

I apologize for the last minute delay. We had everything ready to go and didn't discover this until we launched the Uniswap pool.

We're currently finishing up the token contract and getting it audited. Once this is completed, we will be good to launch.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be releasing more info on the token and adding new sections to the website.

TOKEN TAX AND BURNS

The token will include a 5% swap tax that will go towards burning both JRNY CLUB NFTs and $JRNY token. The contract will automatically acquire and burn NFTs with ETH from accumulated fees.

This will work similarly to the NFT strategy tokens, but with different mechanics.

TOKEN CLAIMS

There will be a set amount of $JRNY you can claim for each PFP NFT in the ecosystem. JRNYERS will have the highest claim per NFT. There will also be claims for JRNY EARN participants. Claims for Archer rewards will start at a later time since it's on Solana.

Exact amount of tokens per NFT will be announced later. JRNY CLUB NFTs will have token staking in the future and we're working on doing this for Planet XOLO and FUKU as well.

**TOKEN AUCTION
**
We could potentially be doing a token auction before TGE with 100% of the auction proceeds going straight to the Uniswap liquidity pool. This is a new platform feature that Uniswap recently introduced and is a promising way for projects to bootstrap their liquidity pool at launch. Not confirmed yet, but we'll post more details leading up to TGE.

We aren't taking any VC investments and won't be doing any form of traditional ICO! Beware of any scams leading up to the TGE.

TOKEN UTILITY

The $JRNY token will have various utility throughout the ecosystem. To kick things off, we will be minting the new FUKU Pixel collection and the new IP collection with $JRNY. We will also have a reserve of tokens for Otherside/metaverse rewards and activations, community contributions, avatars and wearables, and more.

WEN TGE

JRNY CLUB + JRNYERS COLLECTION RELAUNCH DETAILS

We are going to be relaunching and airdropping the 2 collections into 1 new collection on Tuesday around January 27, 2026 08:00 PM

1 New Collection

We are combining the JRNY Pass + PFP collections into 1 new collection to make the collection whole again. This will also enable the Pass to benefit from new contract features like staking, metaverse, and access.

You will no longer need to burn your pass to get your JRNYER, you will just reveal it within the same collection. This will simplify the process and eliminate gas costs.

The process will work the same as burning. Once your pass is revealed, you can't go back to the pass, but both pass and PFP will function the same for staking and utility.

How It Will Work

The relaunch and airdrop will be handled entirely on our end and there is no need to do anything on your end.

We will be airdropping the same Pass + PFPs to the same wallets at the time of relaunch. Your NFTs will have the same ID #, so you can check previous history if needed.

Once the airdrop is complete, we will make an announcement with links to the new marketplace collection pages.

⚠️ REMOVE COLLECTION OFFERS

It is very important to remove collection offers before the snapshot. Once the snapshot is taken, any trades after this will not count towards the airdrop.

We will be taking the snapshot shortly before doing the airdrop and will announce an exact time closer to relaunch.

☄️ Stardust

We recommend collecting Stardust from all of your Pass + PFPs before the relaunch, but there will be a 2 week window after the relaunch to collect before we remove the collections from the member dashboard and add the new collection.

💪 JRNYERS in Training

Don't add any new JRNYERS into training before the relaunch. Any JRNYERS that enter training in the current collection will have to enter again after the relaunch.

Any JRNYERS that were locked in training before this will be given the Novice skill upon relaunch. We are also aware of a number of JRNYERS that didn't get the skill upgrade after exiting training and will be fixing this with the relaunch.

Other Notes

With this relaunch, we are also updating all of the background colors to 1 matte black color, making updates to the Aura process, and adding contract features to allow the next steps of training and mining. Training and mining won't be available immediately after relaunch, but we'll be opening it again as soon as possible.

Once this is complete, our full focus will be on preparing for the $JRNY token launch! More details to come.

I have a few big updates for Q1 2026.

After deeper review, we’ve confirmed that the dev team we worked with on the JRNYERS collection misled us about the collection contract. We were told the contract included certain features and capabilities that it doesn't. As a result of these limitations, the current JRNYERS collection is permanently locked out of OpenSea and we can't introduce the next level of training + mining.

Because of this, we will be relaunching the JRNYERS collection.

We’re also using this moment as an opportunity to improve the ecosystem by combining the JRNY Pass and JRNYERS collections into a single new collection. This change brings several benefits: it removes the need to burn a pass and pay gas fees(instead you would just reveal the pass), allows the pass to be included in new utility and staking, avoids complications with $JRNY token claims, gives everyone a clearer picture of the true total supply across both collections, combine the trading volume from both collections and more.

We will be airdropping the NFTs, so there's nothing you need to do on your end.

This is the final step before launching the $JRNY token, and we’re moving in parallel to prepare everything for the TGE. We’ll be introducing unique mechanics to the $JRNY token designed to benefit the entire ecosystem, along with multiple burn mechanics for both the token and NFTs.

We have a lot planned for both the token and JRNY CLUB NFTs, and we’re excited for what’s shaping up to be a big year ahead.

We don't want to give any exact ETAs on the upcoming launches, but we're aiming to do the collection relaunch in January and launch the token in February. More details to come.

🔥 XOLO CRATE BURN

We have updated the keys to crates and instead of stackable items, each crate is now an individual NFT.

You can burn crates to mint new villagers by going to the Planet XOLO website.

1. Go to https://PlanetXOLO.com
2. Connect your wallet with your crates
3. Go to your collection page
4. Scroll down to crates and select the crates you want to burn
5. Confirm and accept the transaction
6. Wait for the crate burn and villager mint
7. Your new villagers will be revealed and accessible to trade on OpenSea or Magic Eden

We'll be waiting until tomorrow morning to announce the collections on socials. We'll also be doing a X space with ApeChain in the morning at 9am PST. We'll share a link in the morning.

We're working on getting the Nova avatar integrated into Otherside and will announce that when it's ready.

PLANET XOLO AIRDROP ANNOUNCEMENT

The Planet XOLO airdrops will be completed tomorrow around December 10, 2025 10:00 PM

Both Planet XOLO Villagers and XOLO Crates (previously keys) will be airdropped to the same wallets on ApeChain, along with a small amount of $APE to cover gas fees to start trading.

I will be putting out a video guide around this time to explain how to use ApeChain and burn Crates to mint new Villagers.

As always, be cautious of scams and double check sources. We will be posting links to the new collections here in Discord and on X (Planet XOLO, JRNY CLUB, JRNY Crypto accounts)

These collections wont show up within marketplace search until the platforms verify the collections.

We're also working on XOLO avatar for Otherside and releasing the digital version of the first Planet XOLO comic book. Once avatars are live, we will begin doing AMAs, games, and more in Otherside.

IMPORTANT: Remove any collection offers before this time. Any trades/sales made after the snapshot will NOT be counted towards the airdrop.

XOLO Keys are being updated to XOLO Crates and will be individual NFTs instead of stackable NFTs. Crates will be available to burn for new Villagers after the collections are airdropped on ApeChain later this week.

Be cautious of any scams! We will give at least 24 hours heads up before the collections are airdropped. Always triple check sources before interacting and connecting to anything.

PLANET XOLO RELAUNCH

The Planet XOLO relaunch is upon us! We will be relaunching the Villagers and Keys collections on ApeChain next week.

We will be taking a snapshot of all holders of both collections on Monday, December 08, 2025 06:00 PM

At this time we will also update the current collection images and metadata to reflect the move. DO NOT trade NFTs in these collections after the snapshot is taken.

We're also launching the new Planet XOLO website later this week.

We will post the exact date and time the collections will be live on ApeChain before the snapshot is taken. Always double check sources and be cautious of scams.

COMING SOON: For a limited time, if you hold a NFT in the JRNYERS collection, you'll be able to play as my avatar. We'll be adding other avatars in over time and introducing some collectibles as well.

We're working on relaunching the Planet XOLO collection on ApeChain and are looking at getting it fully relaunched and airdropped in the next 2 weeks. For now you can continue trading Villagers in the current collection. More info to come.

We have some big updates on everything in the ecosystem.

JRNY EARN

Season 1 of JRNY EARN has officially wrapped, and quests are now closed. We’ll be taking some time to rethink and refine the platform before launching Season 2. All points from Season 1 are fully recorded and will count toward your $JRNY token claim at TGE.

Planet XOLO

After thorough consideration, we have decided to migrate the Planet XOLO collections to ApeChain. We explored all options and even looked into creating our own blockchain (maybe in the future), and see that moving to ApeChain is the best option that aligns with our vision and goals for the project.

We will be cloning the collections and airdropping them on ApeChain, along with a small amount of $APE to cover your first few transactions. We will be posting details on the migration next week.

We are collaborating with ApeChain and projects on ApeChain for the relaunch, have XOLO avatars coming, releasing the first comic book, and more.

Otherside and ApeChain will be the new home for Villagers and we're really looking forward to doing community events, games, and activations.

FUKU

The first FUKU avatar is in development alongside Otherside wearables and the new FUKU pixel collection. These will be rolling out over the next couple of months.

JRNYERS

We're working on avatars and wearables for the JRNYERS collection, working on introducing buyback and burns, and JRNYERS will get the largest claim of $JRNY at the TGE.

JRNYERS will always be our top priority and the main NFT in the ecosystem.

☄️ Stardust Store

The Stardust store relaunch will be coming shortly after the relaunch of Planet XOLO.

We’re excited to deliver a much improved experience for all members, including monthly raffles and a fully on-chain store. Every raffle ticket and every item will be its own NFT, and the entire store will be hosted on ApeChain.

➡️ Crypto Products

With a big focus on crypto products, we're able to give the $JRNY token more utility that other NFT projects cant. It's important to us to launch a token with actual use and not just something to give the community.

Archer - Limit orders and DCA features are now live! We're working on introducing EVM chains next like Base and Binance Smart Chain. We believe Base is going to be huge in the upcoming months.

Trade Hero - Regular content is being posted for those that want to stay on top of the markets. We're also working on adding more analytics and tools to the platform.

We have another crypto platform in the pipeline, but we aren't certain when this will launch due to market conditions.

$JRNY

The $JRNY token will connect everything across the ecosystem. More details on utility and rollout will be shared in the coming weeks.

Development Services

We’re now offering development and advisory services to other projects, though we’re being selective about who we take on. We recently completed development for an upcoming Cardano NFT collection that will be announced soon (JRNYERS on Cardano get free mint).

Hey everyone,

We’ve been taking a close look at everything we’ve built over the past few years — what’s working, what’s not, and what truly brings value to our members. As part of that, we’re restructuring how Aiur Labs and JRNY CLUB operates to sharpen our focus and direct our energy where it matters most.

Effective immediately, we’ll be shutting down projects that no longer align with our long-term vision or aren’t delivering the value or revenue we expect. This includes:
- JRNY Gallery
- JRNY TV YouTube Channel
- Support for Aiur.pro NFT tools (until our new crypto tools are complete)

Going forward, our primary focus will be on:
- Creating metaverse avatars and experiences
- Launching the JRNY Token
- Rolling out the Stardust Store
- Continuing improvements to Archer and Trade Hero
- Scaling BlockNews and the JRNY Crypto YouTube channel

Over the past couple of years, it’s become clear that the NFT space hasn’t evolved the way many of us hoped it would. Market conditions, shifting trends, and declining engagement have made it harder to sustain certain projects. Despite all our efforts, it’s been a constant challenge to keep some areas of the ecosystem thriving.

These changes aren’t easy, but they’re necessary. By scaling back, we’re freeing up resources to double down on the products and experiences that have the best chance at success and long-term impact for our community.

On a more personal note, there’s something I haven’t shared publicly until now. At the end of last year, following the ApeCoin event at JRNY Gallery, I was kidnapped and robbed by a group of individuals. It was a deeply traumatic experience that forced me to step back from several projects and take time to reassess how to move forward safely and sustainably. I wasn’t able to share this sooner due to the advice of authorities during the ongoing investigation.

I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who’s been part of this journey. JRNY CLUB has always been about evolving, and this next chapter is all about building smarter, stronger, and more focused than ever.

Hide your JRNYER PFP and show the JRNY Pass and vice versa.

How to:
- Login to the member dashboard at https://dashboard.jrny.club/
- Go to the "HIDE TOKEN" page
- Click "HIDE" on the JRNYER you want to change to a Pass
- Allow a few moments for it to update and refresh the page
- If it's not updating on Magic Eden, open the NFT and click the refresh button

Note: The NFT metadata will remain on the NFT and the image is stored if you wish to switch back. Changing to the pass does not allow you to burn the pass for a new JRNYER. It costs 1000 Stardust each time you switch from PFP to Pass and vice versa.
