It encourages members to drink water, eat something, take prescribed medication, and treat themselves with kindness—a small reminder that can help the community face the day with care.
🌅✨ Good Morning, Beautiful Humans ✨🌅
Some days are absolutely horrible.
Like cry in the shower, stare at the ceiling, question everything horrible.
But guess what?
Today is a new day.🌤️
A fresh start.🌱
A soft reset.🔥
New beginnings wrapped in sunlight.🌸
You are not yesterday’s bad moment.
You are not last night’s overthinking spiral.
You are allowed to begin again.
━━━ 🌷 Gentle Reminders 🌷 ━━━
Drink your water (yes, right now. I’m watching.)💧
Grab your electrolytes if you need them⚡
Eat something — even if it’s small🍳
Take your meds if you have them💊
Be kind to yourself🫶
You’ve survived 100% of your worst days so far.
That’s a pretty powerful track record.
Now go out there and kick today’s ass —
softly, gently, or feral gremlin style. Whatever works. 😌
I’m proud of you.
*** Let’s make today ours.*** 💛
