I'm not sure how many outside retailers will do this, but there are some places in less populated areas that still get these in, and they'll ship to you. I'm in Indianapolis, but there are a ton of shops around here but not a ton of people that can afford all of the extras, so some of the shops never sell out for at least a few weeks.
