Discord AI Grid Ban Alert — Avoid Minecraft Inventories

Resumen

Age of Cenozoic - AoC warns the community that Discord's AI moderation is misclassifying many grid-pattern images as CSAM, causing permabans. The announcement lists items that trigger flags including Minecraft inventory, spreadsheets, chessboards, Aseprite screenshots, and screenshots of layouts. Members are advised not to post Minecraft inventory images and to be cautious with grid-like screenshots while appeals may be delayed.

Hello!

There is currently an issue with discords moderation in regards of their AI.
Discord has been attempting to fight the rampant ||CSAM|| proliferation issues they've been experiencing in part by using AI image recognition trained on common ||CSAM|| images.
As a result, many non-||CSAM|| images with a grid pattern (screen shots of Google Drive file lists, chess boards, tables of data, etc) are being flagged as ||CSAM|| and result in the user posting it being permabanned.

__ Specifically, do not send minecraft inventory images at all __
Here is a list that will be flagged:
