Temporary leave notice

Hello MA. As you all are aware, the server has been significantly inactive as of late, and frankly, it is fully my fault. I am far too busy to manage the server and I gave increasingly delayed replies to my staff team, leading to no approved decisions and progress in the training system revamp, or the skills hub.

Hence, I have decided to step down temporarily and place @Dolphin in full charge of the server until I have things in order and am ready to contribute fully to the server again.
