[HOTFIX RELEASING TODAY]

Hi all, we have a Hotfix dropping today and it will be made available throughout the day in your regional platform stores, except for Nintendo Switch which will come later this week.

The Hotfix will include the Blackcrest Mode, with the event itself starting on October 27th, and a few hotfixes for current issues including:

  • Included support for the iPhone Duo.
  • Fixed a crash when selecting a car in Gauntlet.
  • Fixed random crashes on Android, including one that could happen while loading video ads.
  • PlayStation: fixed the game freezing if you signed out of PSN during a Multiplayer race.
  • Fixed the Burst of Speed pack name not showing when it's part of a bundle.
  • Fixed incorrect "Cars Already Owned" behavior.
  • TEKKEN 8 Spotlight: the announcer is louder and we've included tutorial tips on loading screens.
  • iOS: fixed age verification in the US and Brazil, and fixed the game getting stuck when the privacy consent prompt failed to appear after the age check.

We'll be keeping an eye out throughout the day to make sure everything goes smoothly, and we'll appreciate any reports if you notice anything out of the ordinary.

[WILD CARD ISSUES]

Hi Legends,

We suffered an issue where our Wildcard Cap was incorrectly lowered during the update. We've increased it once more but of course, some of our legends have lost a few wildcards in the process.

Don't worry! The team is already investigating to identify all the missing wildcards and working on compensation.

Sorry for the scare and thank you for your patience.

[MAINTENANCE TOMORROW]

We will be running maintenance tomorrow on our back-end infrastructure between 13:00 UTC and 14:00 UTC

This means we are expecting the game to be inaccessible during this time.

Apologies for the inconvenience and we will try to make the downtime as short as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

📢 | , Those who want to promote their servers can now promote it in #self-promotion in the management section ⭐

[BURST OF SPEED COMPENSATION]

The team is happy to confirm that the final compensation gifts have been sent and all affected legends should have received their gift.

There were a lot of you and it took a bit extra to get everything through, but thank you all for your patience with this once more! 🙏

Burst of Speed Compensation Notice

[Burst of Speed Compensation]

As some of our users reported, our BoS Multi I and Multi II packs, were missing a few rewards as the packs still included some rewards from a previous version.

Thankfully the team has already resolved the issue and has also managed to identify all our legends who were impacted by the issue.

As a compensation, we'll be awarding you with the Blueprints you were missing from all the cardpacks you opened before the issue was resolved.

We're currently in process of sending out the compensation to all impacted players, so keep an eye out as your missing Blueprints should be arriving soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

[WINDOWS ADS ISSUES]

Good news! The team is almost ready to deploy a hotfix for PC that will resolve the ads issues on windows.
The hotfix will be available later this week and should resolve the issue so our windows players can continue to enjoy ads and their rewards.

We'll make sure to confirm the final release date as soon as we can.

[DS Duration Extension]

Good news! The Syndicates are extending your mission's deadline, as we'll be extending the duration of our current Drive Syndicate by 2 extra weeks, ending on the 18th of September!

This will give you more time to complete your mission and more chances to add your target cars to your garage.

We hope this helps!

[GAUNTLET DIVISION AND RANKINGS]

As we applied the fix, some players are seeing some rapid changes happening to their current ranking.

This is basically due to all the challenges that were not being displayed correctly these past few days, applying all at once as you log in. It will take some time for this to stabilize as users log in and challenges register, but you should hit your appropriate rank once it settles.

Apologies for the inconvenience and hope this helps understand what's going on a bit better 🙏

[GAUNTLET ISSUES FIXED]

We're happy to inform that we've successfully deployed a fix for the Gauntlet Mode and players should be able to find challenges once more.

Thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.

[GOOGLE PLAY HOTFIX AVAILABLE]

We're happy to announce that the hotfix is finally available for android on Google Play!

We'll keep you posted on any news for the Nintendo Switch Hotfix.

[iOS HOTFIX AVAILABLE]

We are happy to announce that the iOS hotfix is now available to download.

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have more news for Google Play & Nintendo Switch.

[DRIVE SYNDICATE START DATE]

To ensure everyone has had a chance to download and install the new hotfix, the Drive Syndicate will start on the 30th, instead of the planned 28th.

The end date has also been extended until the 4th of September and we've updated our Patch notes with the new dates.

Hope this doesn't throw a spanner into your plans!

[JDM TURBOFEST SPOTLIGHT REWARD BUFF]

The Asphalt Team has been playing close attention to your feedback and will be doubling the amount of currency packs you can claim in Stage 5 and onward, from 5 to 10, allowing you to claim a total of 50 packs per stage.

Hope this change helps you reach your goals a bit easier!

Gauntlet Compensation and Monday Hotfix

[GAUNTLET STORE COMPENSATION + HOTFIX RELEASING MONDAY]

As you know, during our release yesterday, the Gauntlet Store contents were temporarily changed in error.

We have thankfully restored the Gauntlet Store to the correct items and as compensation, tomorrow morning we will also be sending 15,000 Gauntlet Coins to all players who have access to the Gauntlet.
Thank you for your patience and hope this makes up for the lost time.

We'll also be releasing a hotfix On Monday to deal with a few issues that have been raised by the community including:
* Fixed a few issues that caused crashes while playing in the JDM spotlight, increased the audio levels for the music, and an erroneous x2 Nitro display.
* Fixed an issue that would cause perfect runs to reset when hitting breakables or other racers.
* Fixed an issue that displayed Xbox button prompts during the PlayStation tutorials.
* Fixed several signs in Mt. Fuji that still displayed placeholder text and removed an invisible wall close to the end of the track.
* Fixed an issue that could cause 2 Spotlight Passes to appear in the shop.
* Fixed several issues in our Touchdrive tutorials, including a missing drift tutorial.
* Fixed a display issue with the Ferrari Logo.
* Updated the Switch logo to appear in MP instead of the Joycon.
* Fixed a crash in Switch when the "New Update" screen is displayed.
* Fixed an issue where ghost cars were not appearing during the Gauntlet.
* Fixed an issue that causes Google Play PC to become stuck while loading.
* Several other crash fixes.

[GAUNTLET STORE]

Apologies for the confusion this morning, but it seems like the changes in the Gauntlet Shop made it through our update.

We're happy to announce that the Gauntlet Shop is back to the original cars and the Keys are back!

The Gauntlet Store will remain this way throughout the entire update and we'll let you know of any planned changes ahead of time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding and sorry for the confusion.

[MULTIPLAYER TRIUMPH REWARDS]

Thanks to player reports, it seems that when starting at Gold 3, players are not receiving the Triumph rewards for previous leagues.

While the team look into a proper fix for this, advancing into Gold 2 will trigger all previous triumph rewards and you will be able to receive them in your account.

Apologies for the inconvenience and we hope this workaround helps!

[NEW ASPHALT SHOP]

Thanks to the A/B tests we're finally implementing the new shop for most of our platforms except for iOS and PC, as we've seen a clear preference of usage between our players.

Private Lobbies & Discord Ban Clarification

[PRIVATE LOBBIES & DISCORD BAN REPORTS]

We've been looking into some reports made over the weekend and would like to clarify the situation a bit.

1) Hackers are infiltrating Gameloft servers to join Private Lobbies.

This is false. Hackers have not been able to infiltrate our servers to gain access to private lobbies and player's personal account info.

The list of active private lobbies and participating user IDs is not something hackers "infiltrated"; user IDs alone don't expose your account. Your personal info, including your email or IP address, is never visible or accessible through private lobbies in any way.

It is perfectly safe to continue participating in private lobbies without fear of your data being stolen.

2) Players are getting perma-banned on Discord for sharing in-game screenshots.

This is false. No players have been permanently banned from discord for sharing a screenshot of Private Lobby or Leaderboard.

This was based on a report that users were getting banned by sharing images with grid patterns on them. Discord has already confirmed that it was based on a few false positives with their AI moderation system, and that all bans were temporary and removed upon human verification and review.

We hope this helps clear the air a bit!

[iOS Hotfix]

After a few teething issues, we're happy to announce that the iOS hotfix is now available to download.

This mainly addresses the crashing issues some of our users reported on iOS Gen 9 iPads.

We hope this resolves your issues and thank you for your patience and understanding.

[N VISION GP DOWN]

Ello!

As you may have noticed, a few issues popped up with the N Vision GP that require some tweaks on our end. The GP itself will be going down while we do the necessary changes to it. It will be back up tomorrow, so please hold tight!

Apologies for this, but we'll be working fast! 🙏

, those who know Mahmoud , plz note that there is a chance that his account might be stolen by unlucky star ( meowo ) . those who know the hacker may also know that he steals and sells accounts . as a result , i banned him from this server 👍

Thanks for your cooperation and have fun

[PlayStation Legend Pass Issue]

We seem to have miscalculated the amount of players impacted by the legend pass issue.
I know we planned to send out the compensation today, however we're going to need a bit more time to setup as it involves many players and each with specific amounts of rewards.

Hopefully we'll have this sorted by Monday morning where the whole team will be available to support and ensure we don't run into any issues.

Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding wit this and apologies for the inconvenience.
