A new support panel system has been implemented to guarantee fast, efficient, and professional responses. With our customized bot ** @NextraTL Manager **, users will now be able to submit tickets to the ** #🆘・support ** rather than asking questions in the chat rooms. This ensures that personal information remains private and allows the administration to attend to users’ problems effectively.

In addition, the ** #🎉・giveaways ** is connected, providing an easy means for users to take part in giveaways and have their names rolled out via the proper channel.

The ** #🔼・level-notifs ** has also gone live to encourage active participation among users. Points will be earned from engaging in discussions in the ** #💬・general ** and ** #📷・media ** channels.
