Every promotion will be decided by @Operations Lead and it depends how often you test and how mature you are.
For Staff : @Helper -> @Support Staff -> @Support Lead

If someone gets @Head Tester or @Support Lead They have a chance to get @Moderator After the @Support Lead and @High Tester Mod After @Head Tester And it also depends on his performance and value he built.

A new support panel system has been implemented to guarantee fast, efficient, and professional responses. This ensures that personal information remains private and allows the administration to attend to users’ problems effectively.
