📢 Updates on Support Panel and Leveling System

A new support panel system has been implemented to guarantee fast, efficient, and professional responses. With our customized bot ** @NextraTL Manager **, users will now be able to submit tickets to the ** #🆘・support ** rather than asking questions in the chat rooms. This ensures that personal information remains private and allows the administration to attend to users’ problems effectively.

In addition, the ** #🎉・giveaways ** is connected, providing an easy means for users to take part in giveaways and have their names rolled out via the proper channel.

The ** #🔼・level-notifs ** has also gone live to encourage active participation among users. Points will be earned from engaging in discussions in the ** #💬・general ** and ** #📷・media ** channels. The higher one’s rank becomes, the more advanced roles and privileges he will be able to access. However, some privileges will remain undisclosed until members figure them out through experimentation.

||It is expected of users to utilize the support system accordingly and stay active in order to reap the benefits of the leveling system.||

Server Update, Major Changes

We want to inform everyone that we have completely updated the server template and overall structure to improve organization, clarity, and the user experience. Our aim is to create a more professional and competitive environment where everything is easy to understand and manage. In the next few days, we will refine channels, systems, and roles to ensure smooth functionality across all sections, including testing, tierlists, and community areas. Some features may still be adjusting during this time, so we appreciate your patience as we finalize the setup.

This update focuses on making the server more structured, fair, and efficient for all members. Once everything is complete, you can expect a much cleaner system for testing, better coordination, and an overall improved experience. 🚀 ArizCraft SMP Update

We’ve rolled out several new features to improve gameplay and help new players settle in smoothly.

New Features Added:
- /rtp – Randomly teleport to explore new lands
- /tpa – Teleport to your friends easily
- /back – Return to your last location
- /sethome – Save and return to your base anytime
- Keep Inventory enabled (temporary while players progress)

Player Protection:
- Newbie Protection – New players cannot be attacked for the first 10 minutes after joining.

Spawn Improvements:
- Brand new Spawn Area
- Spawn NPC – Click to randomly teleport anywhere
- Spawn Grief Protection – Spawn is fully protected

We're very close to finishing up Tiertagger, but i had to rewrite the entire backend. Here's a small preview of an important feature: I believe we are the first to prevent tier impersonation with this functionality. It will be released next week.

IMPORTANT REMINDER ‼️

To keep things organized and fair, we need everyone to follow these simple rules:

• ​ Be Patient: Our testing team is made up of humans, not robots. We will get to you as fast as we can but there might be a queue.
• ​ Respect the Staff: Please do not ping testers repeatedly or spam "When is it my turn?" This actually makes the process slower for everyone.
• ​ Stay Ready: When a tester is available, they will call for the next person. If you aren't ready when called, tester will have to move to the next person in line.

​If you’re confused about how the tiers work or have any questions about the process, just ask our "Support Staff". They are here to help you out and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Do not directly dm anyone, server queries must stay in the server.

​Note: Testing takes focus and effort from both sides. Just relax, play your best and be kind to the team. Whether you get the tier you wanted or not, it's all about improving and having fun!

While Discord testing is temporarily paused, we’re opening something exciting for everyone… a fresh Minecraft Survival Server where the entire community will start from zero and grind together.

This world will lead to a massive End War Event and the player who claims the Ender Dragon Egg will win a special reward chosen by the community. This won’t just be survival this will be a race, a competition, and a moment to prove yourself.
