In 🏰┇𝐸𝒸𝒽𝑜-𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝓉𝓎-𝐸𝓈𝓉-𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟧┇🏛 this announcement reports three issues: the level bot is unresponsive and not sending level notifications, messages in a specific channel are being auto deleted, and submitted tickets appear as unknown due to permission errors. The development team will investigate and implement fixes over the next few days and asks for community patience.
We have received multiple reports from all of you:
- @Level Bot is not responding when members send messages, and it also fails to notify users when they level up.
- Messages sent in this channel: https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1453252299139977371 are being automatically deleted.
- When tickets are submitted here: https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1468140121894420668, they appear as "unknown" in this channel: https://discord.com/channels/1453252296921190493/1508859194621820999, which means you and the Echo Team currently do not have permission to access them.
