Support System Update & New Trade Channel

On 🏰┇𝐸𝒸𝒽𝑜-𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝓉𝓎-𝐸𝓈𝓉-𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟧┇🏛 the support system received new commands and attractive banners for support tickets. A dedicated trade channel was added for game item trading. Channel permissions were updated so users with the 13+ role can send messages in key channels, improving support efficiency and safer trading for the community.
