Ten en cuenta que el equipo definitivamente necesita algunas mejoras.
Y, en general, creo que Lucario Z es bastante mediocre. No me sorprendería que al equipo le fuera mal.
En cuanto a los equipos de Meowstic y Mawile, puedes encontrar muchos buenos en YouTube. Te recomiendo ver a CybertronVGC. Hace poco habló de un equipo con Mega Meowstic.

For Lucario Z, Noah’s sheet is a useful starting structure: Aura Sphere / Flash Cannon / Nasty Plot / Protect, with Veil and Fake Out support buying the setup turn. Treat Raichu Y as an alternative Mega plan, not something you can Mega alongside Lucario.
For Mawile, I’d start from Mawile + Farigiraf + Incineroar: Trick Room, priority protection and Fake Out give the slow attacker a clearer route to doing damage. Add your remaining slots around the rain and Ground matchups.
For Meowstic, decide whether you actually want the Mega attacker or base male Prankster support. Mega Meowstic gets Trace, so a plan that depends on keeping Prankster after Mega Evolution won’t work.
