• Keep private staff and member matters confidential.

Open a support ticket and select the appropriate category. Autie is the first point of contact for urgent matters. If Autie is unavailable, contact Ryry or Tina through the ticket system.

For questions, suggestions, moderation concerns, or general assistance, open a ticket through the SVC ticket system.

Do not DM Autie, Ryry, or Tina about server issues. Please use tickets so everything can be handled properly.
