Operation Safe Place 0.6.69: Co-op & Controller Update

Operation Safe Place 0.6.69: co-op ships you can follow, and controllers everywhere
- Starfall co-op: see your squad. Each squadmate's name now rides on their ship, and stray name tags and glows no longer float in space. Other ships move smoothly and bank as they turn.
- Swim kick on phones. At the water's surface a KICK button takes the jump button's place, so phone players get the surface kick too.
- Gamepad play. Sortie's difficulty card, supply crates and ring panel, the Card Duel, Turret Tiles and the Athera Codex now work with a controller (D-pad and A to choose, B to close). D-pad left reloads your weapon.
- The Citadel's shield covers the whole city. In Athera the Aegis dome now spans Safe Haven to beyond its outer walls, with a glowing seam where it meets the ground.
- The Lobby's view of the city is rebuilt. From the Citadel you now see Safe Haven's new white-stone houses and market stalls, the rebuilt Fortress Falls in the distance, and a shield over the whole city.
- The city shield shows from inside. In Athera the Aegis dome over Safe Haven is now visible from inside the city too, with a glowing lattice overhead.
- Echofall: a clear call to the lair. Before the last wave, the wave card now names the Warden and says ENTER THE LAIR, with a short line on where to go.
- A living city. Inside the Citadel's walls: four quest boards (hourly, daily, weekly and monthly quests), children playing in the gardens, and lost toys to find every hour.
- Fortress Falls: one river from the falls to the sea. Below the waterfall the water is now one curved river with an even width and soft banks, with no mud islands and no thin channel at the sea.
- Wardrobe and Direct Buy: full previews. The turning preview now fits its panel, so the whole pedestal and item show in the middle.
- Swimming: holding jump at the surface now gives steady kicks, no more popping out of the water.
