Do Lebanese Realtors Disclose Haunted Properties?
Resumen
In r/Lebanon, members discuss whether Lebanese realtors have a legal duty to disclose alleged hauntings or traumatic histories tied to homes and buildings. The announcement compares U.S. disclosure rules with Lebanon’s legal, religious, and community perspectives, including beliefs about jinn, spirits, and abandoned properties.
Do Lebanese realtors have to disclose if a building or house is allegedly haunted ??
I once read a book by Rudolf Steiner in which he described cities & places as containing etheric energy spiritual residues that absorb & reflect energies of the people & events around them whether good or bad. I’ve even heard that some of the abandoned villas & buildings are not just neglected due to age or disrepair but are believed to be haunted people avoid them out of fear not just due to burdensome practicality of restoration of an old building
I found this online which reflects americans legal standard

Alleged hauntings are usually not included. Agents cannot lie about such matters if asked, but they are usually not obligated to volunteer unasked disclosure about ghosts or a propert...
