CommunityOne: Pricing, Quests & Support Updates

Update for this week:

1. We will start testing our on-chain quests feature with a few projects in the second half of the week. Almost there.. almost there

2. The most significant initiatives for this week will be around the new pricing structure. Here are some additional thoughts:
   (a) We will maintain the same pricing for all things analytics and add more features for analytics around this tier. (150/month).

(b) Our initial package (70/month) is outdated. It is too expensive and doesn't give out enough benefits vs the premium tier. So it is likely that the new pricing will be significantly cheaper & we will have a lot more premium features around Spark.

(c) We are gonna take a look at our Hype Engine and see if there are ways that we can help servers monetize. In other words, share our revenue with the server owners so that they can get boosted or just pay their mods. This is clearly super experimental.

(d) Finally, if there is no premium crown logo on the feature, we WILL NOT make these free features premium. So you don't need to expect any disruptions. We only add, we do not take away free stuff.

We will investigate these issues this week and get back on some thoughts.

1. As you might have noticed from our dashboard, we implemented a chatbot support that connects to our Spark on Discord, going forward, you can continue to expect us to do better at support. This will extend to new features for Spark that everyone has been telling us to work on!!

Finally, we will investigate some cool side tools such as native language for our website and our configuration dashboard 🙂
