🎮 WE’RE HIRING | Gameserver Support Agent (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re adding more experience to our ranks again.

UltraServers is growing, and we are looking for a full-time support agent with strong Minecraft hosting knowledge to join the team.

You should know your way around a laggy SMP, a broken modpack, bad configs and plugin issues — and be comfortable taking ownership of customer problems rather than just passing them on.

This is a full-time remote role: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Weekend work is required as part of the rota.

💻 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support Minecraft servers, including Paper, Fabric, Forge and modded setups
- Help customers with plugins, configs, startup errors, crashes, performance and panel issues
- Help customers diagnose networking issues.
- Create valuable documentation to help the brand achieve industry-leading documentation.
- Handle support tickets through WHMCS and assist customers through Discord
- Investigate issues properly, document findings and escalate complex cases clearly
- Be a calm, professional presence during busy shifts

Your primary focus will be Gameserver support. As you become established in the role, you will also be expected to learn and support our wider managed hosting environment.

🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong Minecraft server hosting knowledge — essential
- Experience with Paper, Fabric, Forge, plugins, modpacks and performance tuning
- Basic Linux knowledge, including ls, nano, htop and log checking
- Clear written English and good customer communication
- Reliable PC and internet connection
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tickets
- Available for full-time work, including weekends as part of a rota

Strong advantages:
- Familiarity with Hytale
- Experience with Pterodactyl or similar game-hosting panels
- Experience with Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Sonarr, Radarr, Prowlarr or similar applications for our other hosting environment needs
