I'm a competitive VGC player that has made hundreds of teams going back to pokémon ultra Sun.
I have been winning multiple tournaments over the years going to regionals and playing competitively for a good bit and just with one help on this one team

No I've been playing for a while
Yea I meant like shifting over from scar vi to champions
But the team I've been using for the last three seasons which is scoville in a balance that I made doesn't seem to work at all for me this season and I've brought it to mb1 like top 340 so I'm trying to make a new deck for this new meta

The heavy special attacking meta just leaves it in a bad spot rn
Iirc you can live that but in my calcing experience with sco it needs a lot to make that a 3 hit
I think it doesn’t mind that as long as it lives a Sneasler dire claw and golisopod leech life it should be fine

I used the basic overheat giga drain one that one but the one I'm most familiar with is spicy extract flamethrower protect
Spicy extract is a move i forgot it learns
I’ve used it with clear amulet koraidon
