Mega Garchomp VGC Team Building Help | Pokémon Champions
Résumé
The Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments server is hosting a community discussion on optimizing a Mega Garchomp VGC team. A member is seeking advice on the best Sylveon set to replace Floette-Eternal in a regional championship-inspired build. This thread highlights the community's collaborative approach to off-meta team building and competitive strategy, providing a space for players to share insights on niche Pokémon sets and team synergy.
I found this team (https://metavgc.com/teams/garchomp-mega-floette-eternal-mega-by-jude-gerard-lee-wei-cong-at-2027-nice-pokemon-vgc-regional-championships) on metavgc that I want to try because I like mega garchomp as a pokémon but don't have mega floette (the only way I have to get mons is through the recruit roulette) and I decided to replace it with sylveon as I was told it's a good replacement
considering what the rest of the team looks like rn, what set should I run with sylveon?
and before you say anything
- yes I know zchomp exists and is better in approximately 29578739 ways, I just like mega garchomp as a pokémon and went neuron activated when I saw the team
- yes I understand this team is (probably) shit/hard to pilot, I already hit my ranked objective and just want to try something different for the love of the game
also ping me if you say something because I am not the best at checking replies
thanks a bunch! I don't have clefable so I think I'll stick with the og team comp for now but I'll look for it!
