Summary
In the Pokémon Champions | VGC Battles & Tournaments server, members collaborate to optimize competitive teams. This discussion focuses on refining a Mega Sceptile team by adjusting EV spreads for bulk and selecting optimal moves like Volt Switch and Stomping Tantrum. These strategic adjustments helped a player break a losing streak and climb back into the Master Ball tier, demonstrating the value of community feedback in competitive Pokémon play.
Got to master ball 2 with this team but dropped back to master ball 4 any advice or suggestions would be helpful

I'd probably run stomping tantrum on mamo. I see the vision and I understand two immunity but neither Metagross or sneasler can eat a eq so you kinda limit yourself
I'd also consider running a bulkier Sceptile as it already is gonna get boosted by rotom
Should i move evs from speed more or take some sp atk down
Sp atk
Mine was max HP max speed +2 def
But any flavor of bulk is fine
That sounds actually good I'll give it a shot thank you so much
No problem. Sceptile is already has behemoth spatk and with discharge boosting it no point adding points to it
Do you think taunt on snealer is good for trick room or should I run like maushold or imprison sinistchia
I think it's fine. Lack of fake out sucks but the farigs will not respect a taught coming off sneasler
Also I'd put volt switch over thunderbolt
Rotom heat has some really bad matchups like ttar or sand teams
I was thinking Volt Switch over trick I never find myself actually using trick
Ty for your help again I appreciate your input
the max hp was a god send im on a 10 game win streak now thank you
No problem sometimes the littlest changes are what are needed. What rank/elo are you at now?
Masterball 2 again
Welp hopefully I can get back there I had a generational losing streak down to mb4 myself
I just got back from that i went from top 2200 to 22500 it was rough
