Mega Gardevoir Trick Room Team

I'm pretty new to VGC (and this server) so I apologise if this post isn't as detailed as it should be.
I started playing in the first regulation of champions (using a Charizard Y sun team) but haven't played since then. I had wanted to create a Mega Gardevoir team but lacked the motivation to do it (I was going to pair it with Aegislash but didn't really like the rest of the supporting cast). However, upon seeing Mega Golisopod and Indeedee being added to the game I thought, I thought they would be a good trio to build around. After looking online for a while it seems like they're actually quite a popular group! That gave me the motivation to actually start working on a team since it seems like the core idea is good at least.
My Mega Gardevoir is my most 'complete' pokémon and I think pretty much the only one I don't need help with. I am pretty happy with the moveset. Its stats are 32HP/32SpA/2Def with a modest nature. I assume this is the standard for a trick room team but if these should be adjusted at all please let me know!
I am also happy with the moves on my Indeedee though am unsure what stat spread I should use. Max HP? Max SpD? I'm really not sure. Should it have a speed lowering nature? I also don't know if sitrus berry is the ideal item, I kind of just used it as a place holder as a solid defensive item. I'd be happy to change it if there's something better.
I feel very similarly about my Golisopod. I'm happy with its moves but am very unsure about its stats. I would assume max attack plus a brave nature but am otherwise unsure.
And honestly, these three pokémon are the only ones I have confidence in and the only three I absolutely want to have on the team - the others can be removed if there's something better.

I added Sneasler as a fast pokémon to use outside of trick room - I thought that it would pair well with Indeedee and psychic seed triggers unburden. I am pretty happy with its moveset though the third move could absolutely be changed. I am also unsure about its stats. I used Sneasler on my Charizard team but gave it the focus sash so just had it max attack max speed. Without sash, I assume I should give it some bulk instead - maybe by sacrificing some speed since it will activate unburden more consistently now? Or maybe lower attack would be better to make sure it outspeeds everything? I'm not sure. I'd assume it'd be best to put those points into HP and defence since the psychic seed is giving it a SpD boost anyway but again, I'm not sure.
I added Ceruledge to the team mostly because I like it and as a pokémon that can take fire attacks since I have a 4x weakness and no other pokémon that would really love tanking any. I also wanted a fire type since Rillaboom will probably be an issue for my team due to it setting up the grassy terrain and I wanted as many pokémon as I could get to deal with it. Though I assume that Ceruledge, if any, is the pokémon I'd be most likely to swap out for another. Once again I'm mostly happy with the moveset - not 100% sold on bulk up but I think it's fine. I gave it a colbur berry mostly just because I had one and my team is pretty weak to dark type attacks already and this way I can deal with Kingambit (I don't even know if he's still popular but he was absolutely everywhere when I was playing before) a little more easily inside of trick room - if there's a better option please let me know. I'm also pretty clueless on the stats for this thing. I've given it max attack, max HP, adamant nature but honestly have no ideas.
Clearly, the biggest issue with my team is that I have no sixth member and this is obviously what I wanted help with the most. I honestly just have no idea. I was thinking about a faster pokémon to use outside of trick room with Sneasler but then I might need another supporting pokémon too since Indeedee is currently doing pretty much all of the heavy lifting on that side of things. I really just don't have any ideas though.
I've seen a couple people using a similar team using Basculegion, instead of Ceruledge, paired with Pelipper, I suppose as a rain mode. I'd assume this is for a similar reason of combatting fire types which certainly makes sense since my team is still pretty weak to them but honestly I just really don't like Pelipper, I think it's lame 😭. Maybe that's a bad reason not to use a pokémon and I should just bite the bullet but if anyone has an alternative that'd be great.
I understand that I have written a lot and am asking for a lot. I don't expect anyone to give me a full breakdown for everything that I have written. Mostly I just wanted ideas for the sixth member (or if I should replace any of the ones I've currently got) but literally any advice at all would be super helpful. I'm a super inexperienced player so the team doesn't need to be tournament standard or anything, I just wanted a solid, well built team that I can have fun with. Again, any help would be much appreciated, thanks a lot.
So just wanted to update since I could still use some advice. I played around with the team for a while. I'm currently 5-0 with it so pretty happy about that.
I added Rotom-Wash (leftovers, hydropump, thunderbolt, will-o-wisp, protect) as the sixth pokémon. I literally never brought it. I wasn't super confident in it regardless but as a new player I'd say that team selection is actually my weakest skill, I can decide whether gardevoir or golisopod would be better in a given matchup (basically just if gardevoir looks bad I bring golisopod instead) but I'm really bad at choosing from the other four - this is a problem I had with my Charizard team too, so I just never brought rotom. I also think conceptually rotom didn't fit. I think my team is better built around gardevoir and rotom, via will-o-wisp, provides better support for gardevoir (who needs more help on the physical side) when my gardevoir supports already work pretty well imo. Golisopod, on the other hand, could use some more help I think as I only used Golisopod once. Golisopod still felt good when I used it - I won pretty convincingly (though my opponent forfeited when I still absolutely could've lost due to paralysis) and Golisopod individually felt really good. Of course, in my head, this is a gardevoir team and so gardevoir is my default and I will always pick her more but I suppose I expected it to be a 3:2 split instead of a 4:1 split (small sample size, I know) and gardevoir always felt like she had the support she needed so rotom just felt super unnecessary.
Therefore, I have added Alolan ninetails to the team instead. I haven't used the team since doing this and I'm still kind of conflicted about it. In my head, it seems kind of clunky but it also fits all of my boxes. Aurora veils is helpful to both of my megas. It turns off opposing weather which I suppose can be annoying for my opponent and I also don't need to stress too much since my own weather isn't actually important. It helps my match up against rain (I haven't played a rain team though I don't think my matchup into rain would've been fantastic). Blizzard is a nice, spammable move. And most of all, since I gave it the focus sash, it helps with my garchomp matchup outside of trick room since it can tank a hit with sash even if outsped and then blow it up and garchomp was a pokémon I had to dance around a bit in one of my matches. It might be a bit clunky since I'm playing almost entirely inside of trick room atm but I thought another fast pokémon would be helpful for any situation where I might struggle to set it up. I'm also slightly concerned that I now have 2 fairy types and 2 psychic types and gardevoir is both which feels a little redundant but maybe that's something I shouldn't worry about. I also don't think my archaludon match up is fantastic and ninetails only helps with that by shutting off the rain, though I suppose that is nice. Anyway, if anyone still has any better ideas I'd be happy to hear them.
With all that being said, here's the team and my spreads. I changed throat chop to rockslide on Sneasler to help against Charizard. I put 2 speed onto my Ceruledge just so it doesn't speed tie with my Indeedee. I don't really get Indeedee's spread - I'm not sure why they're allocated like that. If I'm honest, I just stole them from WolfeyVGC's newest video where he uses the team I was talking about in my earlier post - I suppose that's why it's popular. I'm pretty happy with the rest of the spreads though still not 100% sold on Ceruledge's, I just kinda used what I thought would be good as a default - I'm not sure if there's something better but it's working fine for now - maybe I should add some defence to get more value out of bulk up but honestly haven't really felt the need to use it too much yet.

I'm pretty happy with how Sneasler plays. I don't really want priority on my team because I play around keeping psychic terrain up as often as possible. Is Incineroar still good even without fake out? I honestly hadn't considered it at all. Would it just be for intimidate?
I think it's also worth mentioning that I just played a rain team and so decided to use both Golisopod and Ninetails (plus Indeedee and Sneasler). I got hydropump crit turn 1 (killing Sneasler) and turn 3 (dropping Golisopod to red) so maybe not the best game to take learning points from but I still won't and Ninetails felt super good, was really useful. I didn't manage to set up trick room at all since my early turns were such a disaster and having a fast pokémon really helped since Sneasler was super dead. Aurora veil also kept Indeedee and Golisopod alive on red.
All of this is to say it was really helpful having freeze dry - I didn't use blizzard a single time because they kept resetting the rain + 3/4 mons they brought were water type (Rotom-Wash, Politoed, Mega Swampert) so freeze dry put in a lot of work work. And I think that's my concern - if I removed freeze dry I wouldn't have a reliable attack without the snow and my Ninetails isn't really there to keep its own weather up, more so to turn off opposing weather when I think it's important and to make teams that really rely on it waste turns setting it back up. Snow was only up for a single turn in my match but I set up aurora veil in that turn which let Golisopod survive and the turn they spent turning the rain back on I knocked out both their pokémon because of it. I don't really want Ninetails to have to rely on keeping the snow up.
I did use encore on a Whimsicot on my sun team and it was super helpful there and really satisfying to use (when I got it right) but since I'm using Ninetails largely against rain do you still think it'd be worth it? Wouldn't it be a little awkward if my anti rain pokémon can only do not very effective damage to water types? Do you think it could be worth dropping blizzard for encore instead? Although that also feels like a bit of a waste since it's such a strong attack. Maybe protect since Ninetails has sash anyway?
Oh alright, will have to give that some thought. Haven't played any Golisopods or Gardevoirs yet even though they're popular
I had kind of intended my Ceruledge to deal with any opposing Golisopod
Cool, I'll probably try it out when I get some time. I have like 4 Incineroar in my box anyway because I grab him whenever he shows up 😭
What item is best on him? Still psychic seed?
I think I might also swap bulk up for swords dance on my Ceruledge, not sure though, I just used it initially since it was more popular (though I suppose saying any Ceruledge set is popular might be a bit of a stretch). My Ceruledge has no defence investment so I'm not sure how much value it gets from the defence boost. I also figure that the extra healing from the 2x boost probably gives similar defensive returns anyway? Maybe that's not true. Especially if the hit just kills it. Something for me to think about I suppose.
Eject button is way above my skill level but I'll probably try the other two, thanks!
