L:The bustling citylike TV Studio, wide and expansive. From bottom to top, it's full of lights, colors, and sound. It's unnatural sound... It's a wrong type of sound. No rivers flowing, windy breezes, just the same LOUD MUSIC. It's disgusting, it's vile, it needs brought back to Natures' Element.

Libero steps into this large city with a scowl on their face. The sounds and sights, pretty as they may be, are unnatural and devastate this world from it's natural beauty. Libero simply lifts their hand, changing into the Flora Element and begins to slowly grow vines and trees over some of the smaller buildings, taking back what was taken from Natures' Element.

This place... It's just wrong. I cannot stand here and let whoever did this just leave nature destroyed all around here! I WILL GROW NATURE THROUGH THIS WHOLE CITY!!! Who even does things like this...?

Libero keeps growing vines up and down some of the buildings, staying hidden to not be interrupted in this floral takeover. They end up falling asleep, laying on a vine-woven hammock as the vines keep slowly overtaking Eggman's beloved studio.

(I have Competitive Outcome Memories tryouts in like 10 minutes, so this'll sit for a minute lol.)

L:As the scorching inferno surrounds the flora, Libero is woken up due to Eggman's inability to just do a plan silently. They see Eggman's attempt to destroy hours of work and decides to act. Libero leaps onto the building by sprouting a spring made of vines and ricocheting themself off of the walls with vine sprouts shaped like bumpers.

Who are you and what are you trying to do to my beautiful floral reshaping project?! Can't you see how ugly this place is or are you braindead?!

Libero uses the vines to stab into the badniks from below, clogging their internal systems and causing self-destructions. Some seem to have animals, others only have Chaos Drives depending on the type of badnik destroyed.

Why are there poor creatures in these oily abominations...? WHO ARE YOU, ANSWER ME!!! You are something deranged and sick, a plague to whatever you touch or even gaze at!

Libero starts to have smoke coming from the palms, they've shifted to the Pyre Element. They hold a closed in boxer stance, keeping the vulnerable areas of a fighter covered and prepared for retaliation.

I'll teach you that flames have a more constructive purpose, one that doesn't involve plunging this world's fate more towards being an empty wasteland. They are the balance of renewal for this world, senseless and purposeless burning will only expedite this world's demise.

I had a feeling Eggman would've responded, so I left it open.

I'm surprised that something as small as a few vines on Studiopolis was enough to bring EGGMAN of all people lol.

Libero doesn't notice the fox appearing until it's too late, being hit directly with it. Yet, it doesn't pierce at all. You can hear the distinct sound of a metallic clang on Quicksilver. The scythe bounces off peacefully.

Yeah, forgot to mention, you'll have to try a bit harder to kill off something that isn't even meant to be living. This body, made of Mercury or as most call it Quicksilver. Fluid in motion, but solid as metal when not.

Libero turns to and attempts to grab the fox, both hands extending methodically to pick them up in order to sling them at Dr. Eggman himself, not the Eggmobile.

Yeah, no vitals in this body, sorry poor fella. Off you go to your master.

L:Spiky, neat. I should probably do something...

Libero goes to roll forward, using the whiffed grabbing motion to propel themself in the direction. Two of the tentacles crack the Quicksilver on Libero's left arm and another cuts along the right hand.

Ouch... Haven't felt this in a few hundred years... Congrats, you struck somewhat true. The other three however, crashed your rooftop.

Libero leaps back, trying to make enough distance to force their opponent into ranged combat. They form two fireballs and throws them at Maëlle before sprouting a decently sized fire column to obscure Libero's absolute position. Hoping the light and heat would make this smoke or shadow easier to anticipate.

You seem like a good fighter, quick on the toes. I applaud you, but why'd you choose to fight for such a destructive purpose?

Last one for now. I got school. I can reply a few times throughout the day though.

L:Libero looks around confused. All they hear is sound, yet no body it comes from. They know it's coming from their current opponent, but they can't even see them. Half of their vision is in purple hues and the other half can't lock sight to anything.

Nice trick, I can't even find you. How do you plan to fight though while hiding, you'll have to come out eventually to attack. (I guess I could always just flank this person...)

Libero searches fruitlessly around the area, unable to detect the opponent as they aren't on the vines and don't even seem to be in reach.

So this Dr. Ivo... They the person in the flying cruiser I assume? It'd make sense since you only appeared after he did. How is he like? Do you even like your boss? Also, that must suck to be pretty much slated for sale... I'd understand thanking a person, but you don't have to serve your whole life to them.

Libero keeps trying to banter with this opponent, trying to coax out reactions to get a directional pinpoint on their opponent's location. Some is tactic, but most of it is just for the conversation. Libero has been away from the public and society in general to study in the forests of Mobius.

L:Well the idea did not work at all. They barely even spoke.

Uh... Well, this is weird now. Couldn't even entertain the thought...

Libero still cannot find them and is honestly getting lost and feeling like they are forgetting things now. After long enough, they've completely forgotten about the fight, their short term memory making them completely forget after a short time of searching without anything going on.

What was I doing again...? I was growing vines here. Then after... Just nothing. I guess, I can keep growing the vines out.

Libero looks to their arms and sees the damages, changing into the Raidance Element to try healing.

What am I forgetting...? This happens way too much to be coincidence.

Libero's purple crystal which acts as an eye is currently glowing brightly, the main physical representation of the element.

I rolled so badly that my character's main weakness went into effect lol.

They just straight up forgot.

I'm just going to roll a die for the healing attempt, it's just a couple of minor cuts afterall.

Is it ok if Libero can heal the minor damage with a 19?

L:Libero hears the wind breaking at the sudden snapping movement of something. As they look over to see what it is, the tentacle snaps around the crystal making up their right eye. It's trying to pull the gem out which at most will only remove the indication that they are in the Radiance Element and remove the purple hues vision on their right half.

What the?! Get this off! What the hell is this thing?!

They swap to the Aqua Element and try to form a layer of hypercooled water between the gem and the shadow since it seems solid and might make it slip off.

Stupid memory loss... FINE!!! I'll just have to try this. I hope it's stupid enough to work...

Libero decides to make a small sphere of water, surround the crystal and the shadow, then cool it right above the point of freezing. The cold water being a decent slipperiness inducer.

This is really the best I could think of to counter this...? I can't even tell where it came from yet.

This was my best idea of them using their abilities to react to a threat they can't see in the few seconds they might have to respond.

Especially a threat they forgot about...

Can your character commit an exorcism? Just asking.

They'll likely end up fleeing into hiding if they even manage to outlast this long enough to do so. I mean, I'll still try to see if I can make them FAIRLY win, no underhanded tricks or that stuff.

L:Libero manages to finally catch vision of the foe and switches to Pyre, deciding to force the tentacle to stop by forcing the opponent to switch to defense. They summon a giant fire column onto themself before summoning a small barrage of fire bolts towards the direction of Maelle (I'm on my laptop, so no special E) to hopefully make them stop and react to the threat now heading towards them.

You'll eventually tire out doing all this, so let us try to finish this fast.

Libero hears the sound of their attachment collar loosening from the damage, the light hissing of steam and creaking of hinges. They'll only have a small bit left until they are truly vulnerable for the first time in the fight. All damage so far is reversible easily, but once that line is crossed, they'll have to take some serious time to reform their whole vessel.

Oof... Yeah, my priorities are just getting enough time to escape at this point and maybe throwing Maelle into Eggman once. I kinda just want to imagine Eggman being hit with a whole mobian instead of a normal attack, it'd be funny.

I mean, I wasn't expecting a strong attack anyway since y'know... Libero is kinda getting the surgeon treatment right now.

L:Libero looks back after being released and sees the equivelent size of two of themself in just a hand flying towards them.

I'm going to have to flee. This was not intended! WHO IS THIS MADMAN?!!

Libero is hit directly with the hand and sent flying a good distance. When they land, they see their attachment collar fall off limply. They've reached the line. Libero grabs it and stands up weakly. They switch to the Zephyr Element and bolt in the opposite direction to reach the outskirts of this territory.

Not fighting that, it'll just beat me to a pulp.

(I'll have to go for a second, school y'know.)

L:Libero looks back for an instant and see a bullet hell headed right towards them, they aren't dodging all of that without some hitting. They prioritize the missiles from the biggest of the machines to dodge. The rest will do less than the missiles.

This was a terrible idea!

Libero attempts to dodge by making side-steps, leaps, and using the surrounding buildings as cover. They hope this man isn't crazy enough to destroy their own infrastructure. The sheer number of explosions being heard would easily crater the earth around them.

Libero is growing tired and wants to leave as soon as possible. They decide to go into a full sprint in order to hopefully lose the mad doctor, draining whatever energy they have left in a final escape race

Yeah, that's to be expected. Bullet hell ahh chase ending in being nuked.

L:The missile strikes true, leaving Libero covered in rubble and with cracks all over their limbs. They are panting and trembling from the aftershock.

Ow... Ow... Those..hurt... I..need to get out..of here...

Libero forces themself up, just to see the badniks firing missiles at them. They barely manage to switch to Aqua Element and forms a small water shield (yes, the Sonic 3 one) to take a hit for them, it's weak and barely stable.

Make it stop... I need..to go...

Libero tries to use the destroyed debris to hide and make a more secretive escape, dragging their limbs along despite the pain and chipping on them. Their form is unstable and falling apart.

Wow... One more 14 or better would've triggered Method 1.

L:Libero's Water Shield breaks upon the small hits and leaves them tired out, they collapse finally. They've been spent out of everything and the small fight with Maelle left them weakened which was made far worse by the Death Egg Robot and the few Badniks.

I..give up... You..win, Doctor Ivo...

Libero overheats their body and melts down into Mortal Quicksilver again to reform slowly. The living substance slinks slowly down the slopes of the multilayered studio city.

Sure, but this stuff is linked to not just Libero, but a whole other soul. You'll need to roll at least a 14 to get any. A crit will allow you to just kidnap Libero entirely though lol.

I'll have to do a mini-rp just to mine for Mercury now...

It's fine, but what are you planning with it?

It's kinda both? The Natures' Element stuff isn't linked to the material, but Libero themself as a being. You might get at most an understanding of how to make a Relic Vessel with that much, but probably not a Mortal Relic. Which it's Eggman, he'd probably want it to NOT have a consciousness to betray him with.

Also Relic Vessels as a species have no gender, because they are manufactured. Basically living robots.
