Subtropical Depression 13: The spinning cluster of clouds has a defined center and is losing connection to the extratropical cyclone. It should marginally intensify as it moves north.

Tropical Depression 14: This system is stalled near a group of tiny islands. The track is still uncertain because of a nearby storm to the south, and an extratropical cyclone to the northwest.

Tropical Depression 15: This system has been declared a Tropical Depression with an exposed but improving circulation, with rainbands to the north.
