Zellonia Feedback Drive: Server Changes Incoming

Zellonia is asking members to complete a feedback survey to identify issues and guide major server changes planned for late November. The moderation team will use survey results to improve the public server, moderation, and community experience. Participation matters to help prioritize fixes and shape upcoming significant updates.
Hello there! I hope your day/afternoon/night is going well!
As it has been pretty clear, this server is in dire need of changes after the events of earlier this month, and I can say that change is on the way - but we need your help!
We're running a feedback form now so we can get feedback on what issues this server has, so we can make the necessary changes to make this place better - for all involved. I know everyone has a lot of issues with this place and it's looked upon quite negatively at this point, and I hope everyone can fill out this form so fixes can be made. As for other changes on the way, we've got a few plans. I can't release details right now, but these will start showing themselves probably towards the end of November. We are intending to take our time with these changes (which are going to be significant by the way) so we can do it right. Bear with us as we plow through this final month of hurricane season and into the Holidays!
