If you mention like this, it will answer here. So if you don't want it to work like this you need to disable it's send_message permission on those channels. We're currently working on a feature where after a few messages the bot will just move the conversation to the channel you setup. So people can still access it but it becomes less spammy on channels like general for example.

Its when I disable the Agent itself fully tho... And it even retains the knowledge it had.
